Tottenham’s Kyle Walker-Peters set to return for Palace clash – How big a blow is this for the Eagles?

Tottenham Hotspur are set to be handed a boost ahead of their clash with Crystal Palace, with Kyle Walker-Peters likely to return.

The defender suffered an injury against Newcastle United, and missed Spurs’ draw with Arsenal in the North London Derby.

However, the defender could be in line to return against Crystal Palace, according to the Football Insider.

The player has been spotted in training this week and has been doing outside work with the non-international Spurs players in an attempt to be fit for the weekend.

Walker-Peter’s work seems to have paid off, with the player now likely to be available for the clash with Palace.

This is certainly a blow to Palace’s chances at the weekend, with Walker-Peters establishing himself as a key member of the Spurs team as of late.

The Eagles will have a much tougher job out wide with the youngster in the team, in what is already a tough enough game for Palace.

Roy Hodgson’s side will have to be at their best if they are to get a result in North London.
