Wan-Bissaka wants move to Manchester United

Crystal Palace full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is keen on moving to Manchester United this summer, according to Sky Sports News.

The Eagles right-back is one of the more highly rated young defenders in the Premier League right now, having impressed for the South London club last season.

Everton and Manchester City had reportedly registered their interest in the 21-year old this summer but United have been the clear favourites to land the defender, and Sky report that the player is also keen on the move.

The stumbling block remains the transfer fee, with Palace valuing Wan-Bissaka at around £70million, while they wouldn’t even consider an offer less than £50million.

Despite Wan-Bissaka wanting the move to go through while Crystal Palace want to hold onto their talented asset, the right-back has not submitted a transfer request in order to force through a move.

United are understood to be preparing a second bid for after Palace rejected their initial offer of £40m.

Palace are insistent that they wish for Wan-Bissaka to remain at Selhurst Park this summer, and the club are in no rush to sell with the full-back contracted to the club until 2022.
