Strikers who Crystal Palace should target this summer

Crystal Palace completed the loan signing of Michy Batshuayi on the final day of the January transfer window.

The Eagles were left frustrated in their efforts to sign a new forward during the mid-season market, but their persistence paid off in the late stages, with the Belgian arriving from Chelsea temporarily.

For now, Palace’s goalscoring woes could be remedied. Wilfried Zaha got back on the scoresheet at the weekend, and Batshuayi is relishing the chance to rejuvenate his career at Selhurst Park.

However, greater attacking firepower is still necessary at the club, and they must target at least one new striker in the summer transfer window.

Jordan Ayew and Batshuayi are only at the club on loan, and Christian Benteke remains unconvincing up front.

Connor Wickham has his struggles with fitness, Alexander Sorloth is out on loan but doesn’t appear to have a bright future at the club, while Zaha cannot be depended on as the sole source of goals.

So, take a look at some strikers who we feel Palace should target this summer!
