Crystal Palace Player Ratings: Arsenal (H)

Crystal Palace were able to put an end to Arsenal’s winning run as they held their visitors to a 2-2 draw at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles were out to bounce back following their 2-0 defeat away at Everton last weekend and duly delivered, as they turned in a resilient display against Unai Emery’s side.

Palace started the game strongly and on the stroke of half-time took the lead. Luka Milivojevic coolly converted a penalty, atoning for his miss from the spot against Everton in the preceding week.

The second half brought a fightback from Arsenal, though, who went ahead thanks to strikes from Granit Xhaka and Pierre-Emerick Aubemayng.

Crystal Palace continued to pile pressure on as they searched for an equaliser and saw their efforts pay off late on, as Wilfried Zaha’s neat footwork won the hosts another penalty.

Milivojevic again stepped up and dispatched beyond the reach of Bernd Leno, levelling proceedings at Selhurst Park.
