The Eagles hosted the Baggies as they signed off on an impressive season under Roy Hodgson, with the club recovering remarkably well from a horrendous opening seven matches.
Goals from Wilfried Zaha and Patrick van Aanholt were enough to help Roy Hodgson’s side see off Darren Moore’s men.
