Crystal Palace Predicted XI: Watford (H)

Roy Hodgson has certainly steadied the ship at Crystal Palace over the last month or so.

Following their hard-fought draw against Bournemouth last weekend, the Eagles have extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to five games, unfortunately that run on includes one win but they’ve developed a hard-to-beat formula of late.

Still rooted to the bottom of the table, Palace are now within touching distance of safety and they have begun to turn Selhurst Park into a bit of a fortress in recent weeks as they prepare to welcome Watford to south London.

Palace have been dealt a huge blow with defender Mamadou Sakho being ruled out for several weeks due to a calf injury, while Joel Ward is also set to miss out.

Hodgson may be forced to shake up his defence and with that in mind, here is our predicted XI.

matchday.
