Crystal Palace Player Ratings: Manchester United (H)

A late goal from Zlatan Ibrahimovic broke Crystal Palace hearts as Manchester United snatched a 2-1 win at Selhurst Park.

In a game littered with officiating errors, both sides will feel that the rub of the green didn’t go their way but United won’t really care about that now.

Paul Pogba put the visitors ahead in first-half stoppage time although there was more than a hint of doubt about the goal with possible handball and offside calls not given.

That wasn’t the only officiating error though. Marcos Rojo should have been sent off for a dangerous tackle on Wilfried Zaha, whilst the referee also failed to see a handball by Joe Ledley before the linesman incorrect ruled out another United goal.

Palace’s equaliser, from James McArthur, looked like it’d be enough to earn the home side a point, but Ibrahimovic’s late goal sealed their fate.
