Sunderland 2 – 2 Crystal Palace: Five Findings

Crystal Palace are still without a Premier League win in 2016 after Sunderland struck a late equaliser to snatch the points away from Alan Pardew’s side.

The Eagles looked to have secured all three points after a Connor Wickham brace against his former side but substitute Fabio Borini fired in a shot from a wide angle that beat Wayne Hennessey at his far post.

Palace remain in 14th place in the league table with the point but they should be bitterly disappointed that they were not able to see out the game considering they were in control for most of the match.

Here are my five findings from the match.
